Tips for Successful Deliveries:
- For orders over $100, we suggest selecting Fedex Home Delivery or any expedited option so your package has enhanced protection in case it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
- For the most secure delivery option, we suggest selecting Fedex Home Delivery or an expedited option at checkout. Using Fedex Delivery Manager (it's free!), you can set your package to be held at a retail location, such as Walgreens.
In the event your package is lost, stolen, or damaged and you selected any other delivery option, please let us know within 24 hours via email to best assist you. (include your order # in the email)

Lost or Damaged Packages
Please check your current tracking information for your package.
Fedex will attempt delivery 3 times before returning a package to us. You can visit your Fedex tracking page using your tracking number. Packages will be available for a hold at a location after the driver drops off your package at the end of his route. It is not possible to retrieve a package from a hold on the same day as your delivery date.
If the package tracking shows an error or a return to us, please email us at hello@rishi-tea.com and we will assist you in this matter.
Free Shipping over $49 Promotion
This promotion is subject to change at any time. To qualify, your cart total after discounts must be equal to or greater than $49. All other states and US Territories besides domestic contiguous states, qualify for Non-Contiguous rates.

Go to My Account > Shipments > Details > Track and Trace Number, to check the status of an order shipped domestically via FedEx. USPS label numbers for international or military addresses are e-mailed to the email provided 3 to 4 business days after you place your order.
Delivery Timeline & Shipping Times
Rishi Tea & Botanicals may experience some delays in processing time during high volume times.
After placing your order, please expect 1 to 6 business days of processing time before your order is fulfilled. Black Friday/Cyber Week orders may face additional delays following the sale due to high volume sales.
After your order is picked up by a shipping carrier during business hours, shipping times may vary.
Your tracking number will be available once the shipping carrier scans your package at the hub later that day, or the next business day. Please allow up to 3 days for a live tracking link during high volume times.
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping service you select at checkout, and a carrier's own delays.
To accurately and quickly track your package, we recommend creating an account (not a guest account). Creating an account will facilitate our ability to track your package.
