This micro-batch of Silver Needles was grown and produced near Pu’er City in Yunnan province. White tea is not traditional to this ancient tea producing region and has only become popular here in the recent decades. Just like the heritage Silver Needles Fujian famous white tea, this batch is comprised of pure, individually plucked tea buds harvested during the early spring. The unique Yunnan tea cultivars in this blend offer a range of deep and rich flavors with aromas of tropical flowers, wild honey, and a slight spice.

Ingredients
Organic white tea
Traditional Preparation
Add 6g -7g tea per 350-400ml (11 – 12oz) water into a glass teapot.
Use water cooled to 190°F.
Infuse for 3-4 minutes
Repeat for another 3+ infusions. Increase the steeping time by 30 seconds with each additional infusion.
