Nightime routine
This tea has become part of my night routine. The tea is perfectly balanced, but if you want to concentrate ... the chamomile flavor, it can be mixed with Rishi's single herb chamomile. Delicious both ways but I love the refreshing mint and subtle lemongrass in this blend.

I'm a new chamomile drinker in general (about two years now), and this blend is just beautiful. In the ... colder months, it's delightful before bed as a nice warming cup of tea. In the summer, my husband brews this with anise and fresh mint and then chills down for an amazing iced tea drink. I'll be ordering this on repeat!
