Artemisia Green Tea Tonic Sour

Infused Sotol | Agave Syrup | Fresh Meyer Lemon Juice | Teahouse Matcha


  • 2 oz Infuse Sotol
  • 1 oz Fresh Meyer lemon juice
  • 1 oz Freshly whisked Rishi Tea Teahouse Matcha


  1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, add 2 oz Infused Sotol, 1oz Agave Syrup, 1oz Fresh Meyer lemon Juice.
  2. Shake until very cold.
  3. Double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  4. Float 1 oz of freshly whisked matcha on top.

Artemisia Qi Tonic Infused Sotol

  • 750m mL Sotol
  • 12 grams Artemisia Qi Tonic Herb Lab Blend by Rishi

Add to a 1L Mason Jar, shake, and cold brew for 24 hours (shaking from time to time). Strain into a mason jar and reserve.
